MY ROLE
LEAD DESIGNER / SENIOR CONTENT & PRODUCTION MANAGER / BRAND STRATEGIST
At Accelerate Change, I lead the visual and creative direction across the organization, shaping how our brand lives and shows up in the world. My role spans strategy, systems, and execution, ensuring every touchpoint is cohesive, intentional, and aligned with our ethos.

I oversee and guide a multidisciplinary team of contract designers, video editors, and content producers, setting creative direction and maintaining brand integrity across projects. From decks and templates to social media, newsletters, and annual reports, I direct the visual language and experience of our work, ensuring consistency, clarity, and emotional resonance at scale.
​
I led the development of Accelerate Change’s brand book and design system, defining who we are, what we stand for, and how those values translate visually. This includes creating organization-wide deck templates, a scalable design framework, and a curated stock photo library that reflects our identity and audience. Together, these systems empower teams across the organization to create work that feels seamless, intentional, and unmistakably Accelerate.

THE ORGANIZATION
A non-profit media lab that has helped develop some of the largest nonprofit media ventures in the country. Accelerate Change scales and invests in emergent and established cultural media properties, build influencer networks, run a digital media lab, and drive civic engagement campaigns.
