Well Versed is a social media experiment tailored around creating audience impact through community building efforts. The goal is to not only gain followers for the purpose of growth — but to build a community that supports, engages and provides meaningful connection through uplifting BIPOC voices.

The How—
I leaned into a human-centered design methodologies.
​
At the forefront, it's about putting authenticity & purpose first. To achieve success in social media growth, there needs to be an intention of knowing who we're doing it for. By knowing our audience, it allows for easy flow to build an engaged community & develop trust with the amazing humans who consume our content. With a brand first lens, it's important to be consistent, concise and bring a level of familiarity WHILE content experimenting. It's about finding the intersection between creating content you know your audience will love & the purpose behind your brand. ​

Once we figured out the code, I implemented a heart-centered lens of organic growth. Sourcing, engaging & building community through meaningful conversation. We're all humans, after all. From there, it was about strategically targeting our top performing content (turned ads), driving transformative growth into building an engaged community.
